B2Player
Privacy Policy
Effective date: February 21, 2026
B2Player ('we', 'our', 'us') is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable privacy laws.
1. Data Controller
B2Player operates as the data controller for information collected through b2player.com. For any privacy enquiries, contact us at privacy@b2player.com.
2. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company via the contact form), data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source via cookies and analytics tools), and technical metadata from file uploads submitted through our blog administration tools.
3. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your data based on: (a) your consent, given through our cookie banner for analytics and marketing cookies; (b) legitimate interest, for security logging and fraud prevention; (c) contractual necessity, when processing enquiries that may lead to a service agreement.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to respond to contact form enquiries, improve site performance and content through analytics, ensure platform security, and send marketing communications only where you have explicitly consented.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (via GTM), and Vercel Analytics. These tools are only activated after you grant consent via our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
6. Third-Party Processors
We share data only with trusted processors: Supabase (database hosting, EU region), Vercel (hosting and edge network), Google LLC (analytics, subject to EU Standard Contractual Clauses). All processors are contractually bound to process data solely on our instructions.
7. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Analytics data is retained per the default GA4 retention policy (14 months). Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@b2player.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via a banner on the site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
